After seven nights, we left feeling like we’d been staying in a home rather than a hotel. The place was comfortable, welcoming, and clean, and we had nothing to complain about in terms of quality. It really felt like a little piece of paradise, and we can recommend it wholeheartedly. A huge part of that was Mrs. Wyss, who welcomed us so warmly. She was generous, devoted to her guests, always smiling, and ready to help, advise, or share information at any time. We still don’t know how she manages it all. Her warm embrace when we left will stay in our hearts. Thank you again, Mrs. Wyss, for such a wonderful stay. We wish you strength in these times, though we know you have plenty of it! Our little wedding at this hotel was the best time of our lives, and we made so many memories and beautiful photos. We spent time by the pool, and the hotel recommended and arranged a boat trip for us. The staff were incredibly kind, the meals and cocktails were delicious, and the views and rooms were beautiful. The place looked even better than the pictures. Thank you for making our wedding so special. We’ll definitely come back one day. ❤️

The individually designed cave rooms, all the little touches, and the history make Aghios Artemios so special. We loved the warm welcome, the friendly team, and the delicious home-cooked Greek food. Yvonne, Mirsini, and everyone there work so hard to make a stay memorable, and it shows. Our second visit was every bit as special as the first. We’ve just come back and honestly didn’t want to leave. I can’t recommend the place enough. Thank you, Yvonne, for letting us stay in your incredible place and for all the work you do. We stayed with our family and would highly recommend this place. The rooms and apartments are spacious, charming, and very pleasant. The welcoming couple restored this ancient monastery, which dates back more than 600 years, with incredible attention to detail. You can feel the positive energy in this magical, secluded spot on Santorini. They were especially attentive and helpful on the day we left.

We came with our family, including two little children, and felt safe, relaxed, and at home throughout our stay. The staff’s warm welcome and excellent service made a great first impression. The atmosphere is cozy and peaceful, with traditional charm alongside modern comfort. Aghios Artemios is a lovely choice for families, honeymooners, or anyone looking for a memorable Santorini stay. It’s a former pilgrim’s house, and having its own charming church on the grounds adds something special. The rooms have spacious, unusual architecture that feels like stepping back into the old ages, while being beautifully renovated with modern comforts. We found several fridges, air conditioners, bathrobes, coffee, tea, and more in our room. Everything was impeccably clean. We enjoyed the lovely pool area with the kids, and breakfast was delicious each morning. Thank you to the whole team for a wonderful holiday. We highly recommend Aghios Artemios Traditional Houses and can’t wait to come back.
