I loved watching the sunset from the warm bathtub on my balcony, with that beautiful caldera view. November was a lovely time to be in Santorini with fewer tourists around. Each morning they brought a varied breakfast to my balcony, which was such a blissful way to start the day. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff were friendly, and Rea, the manager, was especially helpful. She gave me clear directions for arriving late, so finding my room was easy. On my last day she arranged for breakfast to arrive earlier than usual to fit my departure. Thank you, Rea. I'd definitely come back.

That view was so good it made the stay worthwhile. Breakfast included gluten-free options, too. The room had a few letdowns: the toilet seat was smaller than the toilet, there were blood spots on the sheets, and the hot tub wasn't very hot. We visited in November, when a properly hot tub would have been nice. If you're driving, watch out for Google Maps. It sends you down a path where the last 25 meters can't be driven. Park in the little lot instead of going down.

The receptionist was lovely, breakfast was pretty good, and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. We had great views from the balcony, and our outdoor pool was heated all the time. Just be aware that, like at most hotels on the island, the balcony isn't completely private. I think Imerovigli sits high enough to give you nicer, higher views of the caldera.

Vasili, the concierge, was top class: friendly, professional, and really helpful. The traditional-style room and its view were amazing, and the hot tub added to the experience. I uploaded photos because I can't describe the view. The rooms could use a bit of TLC, but they're perfectly livable. I'd go back in a heartbeat. Be sure to catch the sunset.
