The service was the best I’ve ever had, and I don’t say that lightly. The staff and management really pay attention to what you need and want, down to the details. The view was incredible, the food excellent, and the pool really nice. It’s a great midway point for getting around the island, and the hotel can help arrange an ATV if you want one. Stay here, you’ll love it!

The bus stop right outside was a real bonus. Every ride my partner and I took cost no more than 5 euros altogether, while taxis and Ubers seemed to charge a flat 40 euros regardless of how far we went. We had a lovely three-night stay, and Nick at the front desk deserves a special thank you for going out of his way to help us.

The hotel sits a little farther from the nearby towns, but having a car made that easy, and there was parking available. There’s also a scenic trail behind the property that leads to the nearest town, a lovely walk. The views, pool, design, and rooms were all amazing, and our room even had its own small pool. Reading in the water while the sun went down was incredible. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in, and I’d happily return.

The caldera view at Rocabella Santorini is unforgettable, the venue is gorgeous, the food was amazing, and our rooms were very clean. But the price was extremely high, and working with the team wasn’t always easy. My husband was told he couldn’t have both steak and lobster until our planners stepped in. At that cost, I expected more flexibility. The wedding suite also had a small upstairs sleeping area that felt like wasted space, while other rooms at the property had a much better layout with several rooms and a sitting area. One guest asked if he could get a coffee, even from the venue restaurant if we paid for it, and was told no. I understand there was a separate package with an extra charge that we hadn’t chosen, partly because alcohol alone was $300 usd per person. Still, I thought they might have found a way to make and charge us for one coffee. It’s a beautiful place, but the service and rooms didn’t always feel worth the price.

The views at Rocca Bella Santorini were stunning, and the location worked really well, close to both the airport and the port. We rented an electric car at the airport and were glad to find a charging station in the hotel parking area. The service was excellent too. We had an amazing stay and would highly recommend it.
