Grigoris was quick to respond and helped arrange our taxi transfers. The place was spotless and spacious, with a washroom in every room, which worked well for a larger group. We also liked having a full kitchen and coffee maker. The pool is small, but it was still welcome after a long day of walking. The location is great, close to Oía and Fira, with a bus stop just a few minutes away. We’d definitely come back.

The living room and patio made a comfortable spot to spend time together, so this works well for a larger group. There’s a tiny rooftop pool where you can sit in the water and cool off. The view around it could use a bit more privacy.

Marianna made a great stay even better. She was so helpful with recommendations, and when we texted in the morning she’d help us make reservations around Santorini. The villa itself had everything our group of six needed, and we’ll stay at Villa Kisiris again on our next trip. The main house had three bedrooms, each with a king bed and its own shower bathroom. There was also a studio inside the villa with its own entrance, king bed, bathroom with shower, and mini kitchenette. We had plenty of shared space: a full kitchen, large dining tables indoors and outdoors, a lounge area with a fireplace, and an outdoor upstairs Jacuzzi. We went in late August, and the unheated Jacuzzi felt cool at first, though we got used to it after about five minutes. Getting around was easy. It was a 25-minute walk south through Firostefani to Fira, and a five-minute walk west or north to a lovely caldera overlook. Skaros rock was a 45-60 minute hike west, while the hike north around the Caldera to Oia took about three hours. A bus station two minutes south served Fira, and another stop ten minutes east had buses to Oia. Confetti nearby was a pricey but tasty breakfast option; Hilos (Ilios or Sun) bakery, about five minutes away, cost less.

We spent four days at this villa with our family and really liked it. It was comfortable and clean, and we could easily walk to nearby shops and restaurants. I’d stay here on a trip to Santorini.
