I couldn’t find anything to complain about: the service was impeccable and the beds were comfortable. The villa has one of the island’s most incredible views, with both sunrise and sunset over the water.

We really enjoyed our stay in this unusual place. It’s an old windmill that’s been beautifully renovated, with lovely interior design and a fantastic lounge terrace hanging over the caldera, looking out toward the sea and volcano. A perfect spot for a romantic, relaxing break.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful old windmill villa. The interiors are stylish, and the sea and volcano views are breathtaking. Relaxing on the lounge terrace at sunset was a highlight. I highly recommend it for a memorable and pleasant stay.

The water pump kept cutting in and out, and when it ran it dimmed the villa’s electricity and lights. Both toilets were also so small they were difficult to use. The main bedroom toilet smelled strongly of sewage, with drainage problems that got especially bad when we showered. The odor was unbearable, so we had to leave the windows open for hours. I contacted the manager to ask for a fix, a move to another property, or a refund. He said it was out of his control and offered no solution. That was unacceptable, especially at over 600 EUR a night. The rooms also had spots and dust, and the towels were unclean and smelled bad. It was the worst experience ever, and very disappointing for a “luxury” villa.
