We had an amazing 11 days here, and I hope we can come back. The owner was quick to respond whenever we needed help or something fixed, and was always positive and keen to make the stay as good as possible. The house was cleaned every three days, with the timing arranged so it worked for us. There was everything we needed for cooking, from the wide kitchen to the outdoor BBQ under the grapevines, along with lots of bedrooms. Nothing was missing. The villa sits on the mountainside, surrounded by greenery and quiet, with a south-facing view over the whole lake, breezes, and sunsets. It felt like a fairytale when I first walked in. It's about a slow, easy 15-minute drive from Ioannina city center. You'll need a car. A great spot for a family break.

George was one of the best hosts I've met: kind, helpful, always checking in, and full of suggestions for things to do. He's also a rock and roll singer. The villa itself was very clean and comfortable, with a lovely lake view and enough rooms for more than six people. The rooms and amenities felt hotel-like. One of the best villas I've stayed in, and I strongly recommend it. No one will regret staying here.

Our stay was wonderful. The house has four rooms, each with its own concept, plus plenty of bathrooms and an amazing view in a great location. The warm, lovely interior and decor made it feel special. The owner-host was friendly and helpful, and I'd happily recommend the place to anyone.
