The room was spacious, cozy, spotless, and clearly well cared for. The staff made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived, and they were friendly and professional throughout. Check-in was quick, too. They went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. I had a wonderful stay and will definitely come back.

We came as a big group and everyone was very happy with the stay. The hotel is brand new, with stylish, neat rooms and a charming shared area. It's right near the lake, and there's a lovely coffee area in the hotel. The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and helpful.

The breakfast was really nice, and the location is great, right in front of the beautiful lake and close to the center. Our room was comfortable, and the staff were generous and patient. The Wi-Fi signal was a little weak, though not too bad.

4/10
The convenient location and newly built apartments are positives, and the staff are nice. Still, I'm not sure why this is listed as four stars. It feels more like an apartment complex with a coffee shop beside it, and maybe two stars is closer. There’s no elevator. Street traffic made it hard to sleep, and a blue light right above the bed couldn't be switched off. The toilet hadn't been cleaned properly, with "leftovers" still there. The balcony advertised as having a lake view offered hardly any view, which felt misleading. Breakfast was underwhelming and not very appealing.

The people running the hotel were kind and helpful. Breakfast was excellent, and the coffee was really good. There's a large free parking area about a three-minute walk away. The city center is only a few minutes from the hotel, and the castle is about a ten-minute walk. A very nice place to stay in Ioannina.
