Levantes Ios Boutique Hotel

The panoramic views were a highlight, whether we were having morning coffee at sunrise or watching the sunset. We also found the room spotless and beautifully put together, with thoughtful details that made it a comfortable, luxurious place to return to after exploring the island. The staff were genuinely lovely and helpful with both recommendations and requests from the moment we arrived. All of that made for a wonderful stay at Levantes Boutique Hotel in Ios. We’d happily come back and recommend it to friends and family.

The views are just as spectacular as the staff, and the staff really do try to help with everything. They know the area well and can help with reservations and restaurant suggestions. There’s a local bus stop right outside, with regular service through the day and into the evening. The pool bar has a good menu of fresh meals with big portions, plus an extensive drinks list at very reasonable prices. Breakfast is plentiful, and the staff do what they can to meet dietary needs. The hotel and its amenities are spotless, too. This is my third stay at Levantes, after visits in 2019, 2020, and 2025. It’s still just as beautiful, a real family run boutique hotel where they care about their guests. I won’t stay anywhere else in Ios. I’m already planning visit number four. Highly recommend it, don’t hesitate to book.

The pool had a really beautiful view, but they added chlorine while we were at breakfast. I felt a bit worried about letting my son swim right after they put it in. There wasn’t much atmosphere at the hotel. People didn’t really spend time hanging out by the pool, and the service felt very average. Apart from the smiling woman at breakfast, we found the staff quite cold. There were all kinds of noises in our room. When anyone in the building used a toilet or shower, the pipes made noise in our room. The fridge motor was extremely loud and kept me from sleeping. I mentioned it to the receptionist, but she didn’t seem to take the comment very seriously and said she’d check.

It felt like a very luxurious stay for a fraction of the price, and I loved how high they keep the standards. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were friendly as ever. ios palace is just a few steps below and costs much more, but in my personal opinion Levantes has a far better vibe. Such a stunning place, and so affordable.
