Cao :) We showed up spontaneously on June 21 after finding the apartment on Google Maps, and they agreed to take us right away. We paid and ended up having our best 4-5 days on Thassos. The sea and a good Tavern are close by, and the place had everything for a longer stay. The guys cleaned every day, too. Honestly, it was the cleanest apartment we’d stayed in all year, even though we don’t think daily cleaning is necessary. We’ll definitely be back. Wish I could give it 10 stars. Thanks so much again!

We paid 530euro for 2 adults and 1 child 4 years, in July. The studios are just about right for space. It’s a luxurious place with excellent service from the owner, daily cleaning and fresh towels, plus free parking.

Everything we needed for a lovely holiday was there, and the terrace had a gorgeous view. The location was super, and the apartment had two spacious bedrooms.

The balcony sea view is lovely, but the tavern below brings fish smells and smoke throughout the day. In Apt no 4, the floor above the tavern kitchen gets hot from the hob ventilation system. The photos mix new and old furnishings and don’t reflect every apartment. We found the accommodation poor, with old furniture. Service is lacking too: there was very little toilet paper, no spare trash bag, and the electricity only works while you’re in the room, so you can’t charge a laptop while out because they’re worried guests might leave the airco on and use too much power. There are unfinished parts of the building, and the ground floor is used as open storage. Outside, there’s only parking at the back. Internet was almost unusable, reaching just 1,5 mbps at most, with upload below 1 mbps.

It was cheap and just right for us. The spot is great, right by the sea, and the place is spacious and quiet. I’d definitely recommend it.
