Zeus Hotel

We were lucky to get the top floor, with a private balcony and stunning views. The lovely town of Ireon is just a short walk down the road. This is great budget accommodation, with a fabulous pool and baby splash pool. The rooms are very basic, with just enough cooking equipment for a simple meal, so you may want to bring extra cups and cutlery. Our family room had a separate twin bedroom and two day beds in the kitchen area. It might not be enough space for some, but we were mostly by the pool or out exploring the island, so it worked fine. Would thoroughly recommend.

We stayed room-only and made use of the excellent range of restaurants in Ireon. We did have a very good omelette for lunch on our last day. Rebecca and Dimitri, who run the family hotel, were really helpful, and the pool bar had a friendly atmosphere. The pool was good too. The buildings are well separated and no more than three floors.

We arrived in Samos at 4:30am and showed up not long after. They opened up for us and gave us a room to use while we waited for our suite. We couldn’t have asked for more. The rooms were clean, and the staff and guests were all very friendly. Several guests were on their third or fourth visits. There are several stores and restaurants within walking distance. 10/10, would stay again!

Very quiet, with huge gardens, a good-sized pool, and not far from the beach. The apartments are big, and the hotel is great value.
