Everything we needed was already there, and the villa was very well equipped and finished to a high standard. The company’s service was excellent. We’ll be back.

Artemis made our holiday even better. He was kind, always available, and gave us great ideas for places to visit, including Marmara beach, and restaurants to try. We were a family of eight, and Royal Bird Villa suited us perfectly. The house is luxurious and thoughtfully designed, both beautiful and comfortable. We spent hours by the pool taking in the breathtaking bay view, and enjoyed delicious Cretan meals at the outdoor table along with some lovely BBQ evenings. We had a delightful week and definitely recommend the villa.

The location was just right, with the beach, a few little cafes, and shops all within walking distance. We loved the villa and highly recommend it.

The open sea view is breathtaking. It's a distinctive, newly built villa with a very modern design and all the facilities we needed for a memorable stay.

This place feels like a dream. I can’t really put the experience into words, and I’ve never stayed anywhere else in my life that comes to mind alongside it. Great host, location, and service. We’ll be booking it for the next 10 years, so sorry if there aren’t any spots left for you!
