Blue Waves Hotel

The two women at reception were kind, professional, friendly, and always smiling. From my first minute there, they made me feel welcome and were happy to help with anything. Their warm, positive attitude made the stay special. The man working at the bar and breakfast area also deserves a thank you. He greeted us kindly every morning, served breakfast with a great attitude, and was attentive and professional. His service and positive energy added a lot to the experience. Everything was clean and well maintained, and the hotel had a welcoming, relaxing feel. The room was quiet, very comfortable, and equipped with everything I needed. The hotel itself was beautiful and spotless. From arrival to departure, everything was just right and well beyond my expectations. A wonderful stay that deserves 5/5 stars. I’d highly recommend it and will definitely come back.

The people here made our stay feel so welcoming. The bartender was especially attentive and upbeat, and the reception team were kind, capable, and always ready to help. Everyone was friendly and professional. We felt right at home and would happily return. Thanks for looking after us so well!

Vanna at reception was such a sweetheart, friendly and professional, and really made an effort to keep guests happy. The rooms were lovely and clean, and the beach is only a few steps away. We loved this hotel.

The room was very cramped, with barely any room to move, almost no air circulation, and only a small door where a proper window would be. It was humid and hard to sleep, and the thin walls let in noise from reception and outside. In the bathroom, the water was extremely salty, the drain was poor, and hair was left in the shower hose and around the room, apparently never cleaned. There was nowhere to set toiletries, the shower walls didn't seem clean, the towels felt rough, and there was no hand soap. The pool was smaller than its photos suggested, and our skin even turned blue after swimming, which worried us. Laundry wasn't available at the hotel, so we were sent to an outside service that charged €17 per load, much more than nearby options. Our Booking.com reservation listed breakfast and a jacuzzi as included, but we were charged extra for breakfast and there was no public jacuzzi. For what we paid, the room, facilities, and service didn't meet expectations. Kamari and Fira have better options for the same price or less. I wouldn't recommend staying here unless things improve.
