The best part for getting around was the bus stop just around the corner. For 2 euros we could reach Fira quickly, and buses came several times an hour. The Black Sand Beach was only about 50 meters away, with restaurants, beach bars and shops nearby too. We stayed at Kamarella Studios and found it a great base for exploring Santorini. Our room was small but cozy and clean, with a comfy bed, fan, fridge and tiny balcony with a table and two chairs. We had coffee out there each morning. When the air conditioning had a problem, the staff brought a standing fan and gave us a complimentary bottle of wine. Really kind of them. Breakfast arrived every morning in a basket with bread, sweets, juice, fruit, tea and coffee. The cleaning lady was always cheerful, and the receptionists and maintenance guy were friendly and helpful too. The place has a welcoming feel, and you can tell the staff care. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend Kamarella Studios. If we return to Santorini, we’d gladly stay here again and tell our friends and family about it. Thanks for making the trip stress free. One tip for future guests: the hike up the mountain beside the beach leads to Ancient Thera, with great views over the town. It’s a workout, so bring water, a camera and good shoes.

The room was cleaned every day, and both the host and cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful. They also shared useful suggestions for places to visit. Being just a minute from the beach made the location perfect.

We only stayed one day, but the staff were so helpful. They let us check in early and check out late to fit our flight times. Kamari beach is an easy walk away, and there’s a car park within walking distance too. The owner was happy to share information about places to visit nearby. Wishing them all the best.

Really friendly staff and great service, thank you for making my vacation wonderful. The room was cleaned every day and the beach is super close, about a 3 minute walk. Recommend 👍

We stayed for 7 nights in July 2022. The location is central, close to the tourist sights, and only 30 meters from Kamari beach, one of the most beautiful. Our room was clean and quite large, with daily cleaning, and the staff were friendly. Hearty breakfast too. Best wishes from Valentin and Minodora!
