The Greek family feel is what I loved about this lovely hotel in Kamari. Breakfast was my favorite part. Our room was a good size, the bed was very comfortable, and the pillows were quite firm. Supermarkets and restaurants were close by, and the beach was just a short walk away. I’d definitely stay here again.

The Proteas Hotel is a family-run place, and we really connected with the owners. They even offered us a late check-in. It’s a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shopping, and we got our trip off to a great start. We’d be keen to visit again. Our room had a large bed, an ensuite, a fridge, and tea and coffee facilities, all leading out to a lovely balcony that was perfect for evenings. The hotel’s greenery was beautiful, with plants blooming in bright colours. Breakfast was a standard cold spread, but the staff were generous and brought extra items to our table.

Proteas is in a quiet Kamari street, just 200 metres from the beach, and the location was perfect. There’s also free parking about 100 metres away, which was handy for getting around the island by car. Breakfast is included, and the staff were really nice and helpful. My room was cosy, had air conditioning and everything I needed, and was cleaned every single day. It’s a neat family-owned hotel, and I’m grateful for the great stay.

The hosts were so welcoming, especially Georgia, and the service was exceptional. Everything was clean and tidy, and being near the beach was a plus. Breakfast was a great way to start the day.
