Sun Springs

Best vacay everrr!!! The personnel made all the difference. Dennis and Dimos helped us with everything, from where to go to what to do and eat. Their assistance and willingness were out of this world. My besties and I stayed at Sun Springs for only 4 nights, but that was enough to have a great time. The hotel had a lovely pool, with sunbeds and umbrellas where you could chill in the afternoon. Our suite had a really nice jetted tub on the balcony, with a panoramic view of the sea, mountain, and Fira. Breakfast was simple but very tasty, with variety. The location is great too, just a few minutes from Kamari village and its black sand beach, with lots of restaurants, bars, and shops. We'll sure come back again!!!!

We booked three rooms for family and friends, but left early after finding another hotel nearby with better quality. The sewage-like smell in the room was the worst part, and our pregnant friend felt nauseous as soon as she walked in. There were ants throughout, a burnt-out plug, and trash behind the room by the private pool. The bed springs felt cheaply made, and the rooms weren’t what we expected. The online photos seem misleading, with angles that make the tiny pool look bigger. We probably won’t get a refund for leaving early, but I’d rather save someone else the money. Don’t book here.

The location made it easy to enjoy everything nearby: the beach and water activities are two minutes away, restaurants and bars are a five-minute walk, and there’s a quad bike rental opposite. Our terrace hot tub was cleaned every day, and the views seemed to go on forever. The property was beautiful and clean, and the staff were so helpful. Adriana checked us in and recommended some great restaurants and dishes. It exceeded our expectations, and I’d happily book again.

Warm jacuzzi after long days, a beautiful sunrise, and a nice beach close by. Breakfast was good, the staff were friendly, and for Santorini the price felt fair. There’s a supermarket for water and drinks 100 meters away, and restaurants are about a 10-minute walk. Recommended.
