Atlantica Belvedere Resort - Adults Only

The private beach was one of our favorite parts, quiet and clean, with lovely views just a short walk from the main area. We also had a wonderful time at the spa. Everything was spotless and the treatments helped us properly unwind. This was our second visit to Atlantica Belvedere Resort, and we came for our honeymoon. The team made thoughtful efforts to make it memorable, which meant a lot to us. Staff were warm, professional, and always ready to help throughout our stay. The peaceful setting and comfortable feel made it a great fit for couples. We left having enjoyed ourselves even more than expected, and would happily return.

The beach bar was a great spot for tasty food and drinks. We were also really impressed by the hotel's design and architecture, and got an upgraded room with a private pool when we arrived. Some of the buffet choices were a bit lacklustre at times. Still, considering the price, location, facilities, and service, this was one of the best parts of our trip to Greece. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful.

Lunch and dinner at the restaurant were great, with lots of fresh options. The rooms were very clean, especially the bathroom, and the beds were comfortable. The pool and beach were peaceful and lovely, though you can't get drinks at the beach, and staff don't come around to take orders. Drinks were the letdown, especially the cocktails, which tasted weak and bland. You can book a private spa session too. A really nice hotel.

What made this holiday special was how connected we felt to the people working here. The dining team, bar staff, cleaners, grounds crew, and the gentleman sweeping the boardwalk all worked so hard and made us feel at home. We miss Albiano, Vasiliki, Tea, Sergo, Emmanuel, Ian, Dimitris, Angela, Nora, and everyone else who looked after us. Please tell them they made our holiday. Nora somehow kept eggs, pancakes, and omelettes coming while everything stayed organised. The food was replenished, coffee refilled, and tables cleared with a smile. The kitchen was diligent about hygiene, and allergen information was easy to find. Angela kept the dining rooms running like clockwork. The food surprised me in the best way. Breakfast and dinner were delicious, with warmed plates, clean tables, and lovely service. I'd imagined something like a school cafeteria, but that was completely wrong. The hotel was serene, and we settled straight into holiday mode after a long, tiring journey. Iqbal took our bags and showed us to the lobby, and Theo checked us in while we had a lovely cool juice. We'd booked a swim-up inland view room, but I'd emailed ahead because it was my husband's birthday and we'd been exhausted by caring for our adult disabled son. Katja/Maria must have seen my message, and arranged an upgrade to an amazing sea view room with a small private pool. I was surprised and very grateful that someone had taken the time to read my email. On his birthday there was also a nice bottle of bubbly and two flute glasses in our room. The cleaners changed the bed linen twice during the week, brought fresh-smelling towels, and replenished the coffee and tea tray. The grounds and pools were well looked after, and the staff mixed cocktails and delivered drinks with charm. I think Tui owns the hotel, though I'm not sure. Whoever owns or manages Atlantica Belvedere, you have incredible people representing you. We'd never stayed anywhere like it and enjoyed every second.
