We were in mid-flight when our booking was cancelled. After landing, we found an email saying our stay was off, with no reason given. Just 36 hours earlier, we'd received a very nice welcome email with airport transfer offers and details about our stay. Absolutely horrendous, and a really unsettling way to begin a holiday.

We had a fantastic stay and the welcome and hospitality were second to none. Special thanks to kostantino at reception for being so warm and helping make our visit extra memorable. I'd highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Santorini!

We only stayed one night while travelling to ios for our honeymoon, and now regret not booking longer. The lovely girl gave us a bottle off Prosecco, such a kind gesture. Our room was lovely, the view amazing, and the staff were so helpful with arranging transport. Breakfast was brought to our room the next morning, with that amazing view. Absolutely unreal. We'd highly recommend the place and will definitely come back for a longer stay.

We were a bit unsure at first because of some older reviews, but it seems we were among the first guests after the renovation and new management took over. The price was amazing, and the overall value was great.

We should have checked the reviews more carefully before booking. The stay was really disappointing. The hotel's facilities don't live up to the advertised “luxury” or its name. The female receptionist was unfriendly and kept asking when we would arrive and leave, so she could come to work only when needed. The room felt outdated, and the bathroom smelled bad. The jacuzzi was broken and unusable, and the AC didn't work at night. The hotel is far from the centre, with no sidewalk or street lighting on the way anywhere, so you're dependent on transport. The manager dismissed us and blamed customers for faulty equipment.
