Mr Babis and the staff were very friendly and gave us helpful suggestions for tours around the area. The place felt clean and safe, with a few places to eat nearby. It’s well located, about a 15-minute commute to oia with a change along the way. You can also arrange an airport ride at a good price.

The owner welcomed us with orange juice and shared his favorite places to visit on the island. The pool was clean and nice, and we were pleasantly surprised to find the rooms had been renovated since the photos we’d seen, giving them a modern look. A great fit for budget travellers like us!

Babis and the family were so kind and had lots of suggestions for us. It’s a lovely family run hotel, and breakfast was cute. Thanks!

The rooms are basic, but have what you need, including a decent sized fridge and good A/C. Fira is an easy 10-minute walk away, and the pool is great. The owners were really friendly and helped us understand the local area and transport. Great value, I’d stay again.

The owners made us feel looked after from the start, guiding us through our stay and always listening and offering help. Our bedroom was clean, the bed super comfy, and it had air conditioning and a fridge for water and other things. The bathroom was excellent, with great daily cleaning. Breakfast was big, and there’s a pool for relaxing too. The location works well for walking to Fira, and bus stops, bakeries, and markets are nearby. Everything was perfect for our three nights at Babis. The owners were polite and generous, and I’d absolutely come back. Thanks!
