We had to remind them every day to clean the room, and it still had dirty towels, hair left in the bed, and other dirt. The pool wasn't clean either. The bathroom window had no curtain, so people could see you showering, and we had to cover it with a sheet. The staff were unprofessional. The bartender was drunk, showed his private area, and started molesting two guests. We complained, but the hotel didn't care and wouldn't refund us because of its low standard. This isn't a five-star hotel as advertised. I'd never recommend it or return.

We paid for a room with a private pool and were given one without it. They also charged an extra €15 per day as an "accommodation tax" without telling us beforehand, despite Booking clearly saying there were no extra charges. This isn't the five-star hotel it claims to be. Awful, never stay here.

We booked through Booking, where the price clearly said all taxes were included, but on arrival they charged us an extra €15 per night as an "accommodation tax" without warning. The rooms we got were smaller and downgraded from what we'd booked, and didn't have the private pool mentioned in the booking. The hotel worked with a partnered advertising agency through Booking. Even after seeing the tax and room mistakes, the agency did nothing to put things right. The whole stay was frustrating and left us feeling cheated. Not worth the money or time.

The front desk service was good, but the bartender was constantly hovering and fussing around, which was disruptive. The bed was broken, there were ants in the room, and the towels were dirty, with some having holes. The bathtub faucet had no water pressure, and the private pool was so cold we didn't want to use it. Breakfast was edible, maybe two-star quality. There was no conditioner or lotion, which I usually expect from five-star service. This place doesn't meet a five-star standard. I'd give it 2/5, and management should improve things or take at least three stars off the wall.
