We loved unwinding by the pool and terrace, with sunbeds, umbrellas, and a friendly pool bar. It was a lovely break after time out exploring. Our Superior Double or Twin Room with Pool View was spacious, comfortable, and impressively clean, with traditional styling, a cozy bed, great air conditioning, and a private balcony facing the pool. We also appreciated the daily housekeeping. Nikolas Hotel sits in peaceful Karterados, around a 20-minute walk from Fira. Restaurants, a mini-market, and buses were still conveniently close. The staff were warm and professional throughout, and always glad to help. The driver was punctual and kind, too. My fiancé and I had a fantastic stay and would happily return.

We were away from the busy areas but still near Fira, and the rooms were clean. Having the pool just outside our room was a lovely surprise. The staff were excellent, especially Eva, who went out of her way to help me feel comfortable as a Muslim hijabi woman and arranged a private hot tub at the spa. Nickolas hotel was great, and I’d recommend it.

The staff were helpful, the rooms were nice, and breakfast was filling. It’s very close to bus stops for getting around Santorini, and Thira is a short walk away. The ferry transfer cost 50 euro for four of us, travelling with friends as two couples. I think 25 would have made more sense. The poolside bar was closed, though we were there early in the season, so that was understandable. I’d stay again for the service and location.

The room had its own exclusive area, which was awesome and perfect for chilling out. Evangelia Vlachou is such a kind person and had good tips for everything. The whole staff was so kind too, congrats and thanks!

The managers and their team were the best part, and I’d gladly stay here again. The place is beautiful and tastefully decorated, with a super comfortable bed, good air conditioning, and plenty of warm water. It’s handy for buses to Fira, Kamari, Perissa, Akrotiri, and the Airport, with a supermarket and a very good bakery close by.
