The pool had sand and hair in it and didn't seem to get cleaned. Breakfast was the same each day, started at 8:30, and was too limited to feel sufficient. Towels were gray, stained and worn, while the faucets and shower cabin were damaged and worn out. The hotel needs renovation, and the luxury described on the website doesn't match what we found. It doesn't even feel like a three-star hotel. There was no logo or company sign, so we circled around trying to locate it. I had asked for a late check-out when booking and reminded you on the first and last days, but you wouldn't help because the hotel was full. You didn't find anything with the neighbors either. We found a room ourselves at Dyonissos Hotel for less money and in top condition. I don't recommend this hotel and won't return.

Room 205. We found a ring that some previous guests had lost (see photo) and left it at reception. It's a real Greek August peak-season experience. The nearest beach is only a few minutes away. Recommend it!

The location made it easy to relax or explore, and the staff were friendly and attentive throughout, making the stay smooth. Neikos Luxury Suites exceeded my expectations. The rooms are spotless, beautifully designed, and have stunning views. Highly recommend!

We were there in the middle of July, and the hotel staff were kind and helpful. The cost was reasonable. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone heading to Hanioti.

The place looks perfect from the outside and in the pictures, but our stay was disappointing for what we paid. The air conditioning didn't work, water pressure was poor, and the room wasn't clean. Breakfast was the same every day, with little choice and not enough for all the guests. Only one woman was working in the kitchen, serving, cooking and washing dishes in a space without basic air conditioning. It's very, very far from a luxury stay.
