Clean, lovely place right in downtown Kastoria. Maria and Moses made sure we had a great stay and that we weren't missing anything. It feels like a small hotel with a lot to offer.

There were 20 people in our group, and we were furious. Some rooms were bearable, others really weren't, with almost no heating. Water was another problem: at times there was no hot water or pressure, and in the shower you could get either a trickle of very hot water or better-flowing icy water, with nothing in between. Some rooms had no windows, just a small skylight 3 meters up, and the wifi was unreliable. If zero stars had been an option, I would gladly have given it.

Our room had a really bad smell, and there were cobwebs and spiders in the wardrobe. The bathroom flooded even after a quick shower. Unfortunately, there was no balcony either. What a shame.
