Bisaltae Seaside Suites

I'm writing about how you deal with future guests. On Booking, the accommodation is listed as Nicole Fresh Apartments, while on Google Maps it's called Bisaltae seaside suites. On Sunday evening, at an awkward time, you called and asked me to cancel because you apparently don't accept one-night stays. That's fair enough, but this wasn't mentioned when I booked two weeks earlier, so I'd already made my vacation plans. Now I'm being asked to change them because of what feels like an unfair approach. I hope you're happy to be fully booked with guests staying longer, but I hope this reaches people looking for one or a few nights so they can avoid your service. Good luck!

The team worked tirelessly to keep cleanliness and customer care at a high standard. The accommodation is a fantastic option, just a minute from the beach and close to restaurants, a bakery, and a supermarket.

Thanks a lot, Bisaltae seaside suites! On Booking your name is Nicole Fresh Apartments, so guests can identify you easily. This is my first impression, and it's been a bad one. You called on Sunday evening, a poor time to call, and asked me to cancel because you don't take one-night bookings. Fair enough, if you'd told me when I made the booking two weeks ago. I'd already planned my vacation, and now you're asking me to change those plans because of what feels like a grossly unfair way to treat customers.

The staff were very friendly, and the apartment was really clean. It's just one street back from the beach, and the ferry and main street are about a five-minute walk away.
