The staff at Hotel Pappas were friendly and accommodating, and we'd stay again. Our renovated double room had a King bed, a balcony overlooking the city, and great water pressure. We slept very comfortably.

The staff at this 2-star hotel were lovely at reception and helped with everything we asked. It's on a quiet road, close to everything in Kiato, and we were very happy with our five-night stay. The place was very clean and the utilities were generally okay. Soundproofing is lacking, although we had no trouble because everyone stayed quiet. The main drawbacks were poor Wi-Fi and a bathroom floor that flooded almost as soon as we showered.

A very good place to stay in Kiato. The staff are friendly, and the rooms are clean and well maintained.

Recently renovated and run by excellent people, this is the only hotel in Kiato. The rooms and bathrooms aren't very big, but I think it's worth the price. They weren't offering breakfast because of Covid-19. Give it a try if you're in Kiato.

Right in the heart of town, with easy parking and very polite staff. The rooms are spacious, as long as you're not a moving elephant. Compared with other places, it feels like more than a three-star hotel.
