Despina told us everything was set just two hours before we arrived, but then said she'd given our room to someone else. She said a family had booked and cancelled, so she had offered us the rooms, but when we got there she said the family had actually turned up despite the cancellation, and she gave them our reserved room. With every hotel full, we had to cancel our holiday and return to turkey that same day. Thanks for ruining our vacation. Be cautious, ask for proof of your reservation, and report it if this happens to you.

We had a great holiday at Despina Studios. It's a lovely, very quiet place in a great location in Samos. Despina was always available for questions or advice, and really helpful. The contact before we arrived was great too.

Despina was the friendliest, most helpful host I could have hoped for. I loved staying in my studio for 17 nights, in one of the most beautiful spots on this beautiful island. I'm already looking forward to coming back.

We've been coming to this great cafe/bar for years. The family running it and the staff are brilliant. Lovely views, fantastic food, and every drink is presented beautifully. There are gluten-free options too. Just go!

The studios are in a quiet spot with fantastic views, so it was a relaxing place to stay. We spent 2weeks there in June 2016, and the room was very clean, with towels and other things changed regularly. Despina greeted us warmly and was always there to help when we needed it. Can't wait to go back next year.
