It’s old and not perfect, but it does the job. The price is good, and it’s convenient for getting around. We loved it!

A simple, family-friendly hotel with a nice pool, always the perfect temperature, and we could always find a lounger. The rooms are close to the bar and pool, so there can be noise. Cleaners gathering near reception at 7am and occasional road noise were also drawbacks. Those were our only complaints, and they didn’t personally affect me.

We stayed in May and June 2025. I’d stay here again, though it wouldn’t be my first choice. It’s fine for self-catering, and noise levels were no more than you’d expect on holiday. Kos town’s Dolphin Square is about an eight-minute walk away. You can also reach the old town with a small detour, which was handy during our three-week stay. Our two-bedroom apartment was at the back on the third floor. It was fairly spacious and standard overall, but the floor got slippery when wet, so take care. The beds weren’t comfortable, the wardrobes were poor, and there weren’t any hangers, so we had to buy our own. Storage space was limited. The kitchen was small but had what we needed, a bit like camping gear, and the table was just right. The bathroom was very cramped. The shower worked unpredictably, and we had to hold the shower head because it wouldn’t stay up. The toilet was squeezed beside the shower screen, making for a very tight fit, especially for bigger people. The air conditioning was powerful and great, but cost €8.00-€10.00 per day. We got the remotes after paying, by card or cash. The balcony was large and pleasant for sitting outside at night, though watch out for the small, silent mosquitoes. The pool was lovely and refreshing, with no complaints, and the bar was a nice area with friendly staff. The cleaners were amazing, came daily, changed the sheets and towels, and even washed our pots in the sink. The hotel tax was €5.00 per night and had to be paid in cash.

It’s a quiet, affordable hotel in a pretty good location, about 400 metres from the city centre. There’s a pool with a bar beside it, and the staff and guests were generally kind and polite. The bearded receptionist was cheerful and very helpful. I’m sure you’ll get a warm welcome here.
