The building and facilities are all brand new, and the apartments are excellent. Getting in was easy, there’s private parking, and the host was quick to respond. The employees were extremely friendly. The lockers and bathroom with a shower were especially useful added extras for guests arriving early or leaving late.

Dimitris was incredibly kind and helpful during our stay. He even helped my husband arrange flowers for my birthday, such a thoughtful touch. The apartment at Milva Mare Luxury Apartments was beautiful, modern, spotless and very well equipped, and the location made it easy to explore the island. We had a wonderful time on Kos and would highly recommend it.

Hi, a group of friends and I are hoping to stay at your accommodation in Kos this summer. Four of us are 18 and three are 17. Could the younger ones stay with parental consent forms?

Hi, we’re hoping to book your apartment, but we’re all still minors and will be 17 when we travel. We’re independent and would take good care of the place. Would that be okay? How can we message you?

Dimitri was so friendly and helpful, and we really appreciated it. The rooms, service, cleanliness and location were all top-notch, with the market and sea within walking distance. Thank you. When we return, Milva Mare Luxury Apartments will be our choice again.
