They let us check in around 12:30 even though check-in starts at 2 p.m., and even offered us breakfast when we arrived. My mom and I got here yesterday, and so far everything's been great. The room is tidy and clean, a little old-fashioned but comfortable. Housekeeping came today and changed our towels. Two lamps weren't working at first, but maintenance fixed them as soon as we told them. There's live Greek music in the evening, a nice bar, and plenty of sunbeds around the pools. We haven't had to queue at the bar, and snacks and ice cream are available during the day. There's a lot of choice at lunch and dinner, including meat, fish, seafood, sides, vegetables and fruit, and it all tastes fresh and really good. The beach is an easy five-minute walk away. We're very happy here, and my mom already wants to come back next year!

The service left the worst impression: the reception staff in particular seemed rude and unwelcoming. The food was also disappointing, mostly reheated and heavily processed, with little freshness or flavor. The same uninspired pasta dishes appeared day after day, and nothing seemed freshly made. The rooms are dated and badly need renovating. There was mould in the bathroom and the showerhead was broken, signs of neglect. This didn't feel like a five-star stay, or even a four-star one. I'd give it a weak three stars at best.

The location was ideal, with plenty to do nearby, and the meal place across the road, avina, was very nice. We enjoyed our stay, especially the lovely pool area, and the ice cream was the highlight of the basic all-inclusive food, which didn't offer much choice. We stayed in the annexe across the road. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were cleaned daily, and the staff were always polite. The shower wasn't very good and kept soaking the floor.

The location was convenient, and I really enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had a good range of tasty options. My room was comfortable and clean, with a fantastic view. From the moment I checked in, the staff were welcoming and helpful. I had a wonderful stay at Zante Park resort&spa!

Bella is the best host, and Matteo is so kind. The whole team adds a personal touch that made the stay feel extra special. The rooms are clean, service is good, and the food is lovely, with something different each day for everyone.
