6.8/10
10/10
The rooms are roomy, and each has a little patio or balcony. The hotel may be rated three stars, but the staff made it feel like a five-star stay for the money. The chef takes care of meals, the barman keeps things lively around the pool, and the security guard looks after guests' safety. On checkout day, we could leave our bags in the locker room and enjoy the day until it was time to head to the airport.
10/10
The food was tasty, the room had a big terrace, and the service from the small team was great. The hotel is right by the shopping boulevard, just a block from the sea, which was lovely in mid-September. Everyone seemed friendly. Special mention to the front desk guys and the DJ bartender, whose polite manner and looks brought Sir Anthony Hopkins in The Remains of the Day to mind.
6/10
George was a bright spot, always greeting us with a smile and helping whenever he could. The cleaners came in every day, and the central location made it easy to get around. The food and drinks, though, were shocking.
8/10
The staff were fantastic and always willing to help with anything. We had a great stay and would come back.
2/10
The location was the only good thing for us. The bathroom had hair everywhere, the floors were dirty, the air conditioning was broken, and the terrace walls had vomit and stains that looked like an earlier accident. The reviews calling this place good are FAKE, in my view. People are bribed to post positive reviews in front of worker George. At 4am, as I was leaving the hotel, he stopped me and made me write a good review in front of him. DO NOT book here if you want to spare yourself the stress.
