Villa Eftihia

We spent a week here in August 2025, six of us as a family. The villa is a lovely traditional place right in the center of Lindos, close to everything. It has two huge, well-equipped outdoor areas, plus a separate utility room that was really handy for me with four kids. There’s a washing machine, cleaning supplies, an iron and board, and another fridge freezer for extra drinks and water. The kids also loved the hot tub, which could be set cooler. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and feels a bit like a separate ground-floor apartment. The living room and kitchen are upstairs, reached from the courtyard by an outside route. It felt slightly disconnected, but worked fine for us with teenagers. I can see it suiting couples traveling together or a group. The large kitchen and living space has plenty of equipment and a nice traditional feel. We had breakfast there every day. A very generous welcome basket included traditional snacks, wine, beer, water, fresh fruit, bread, ham and cheese. It’s centrally located, so in peak season there can be noise at night, with music sometimes going until 1am. We didn’t mind, but anyone looking for somewhere very quiet should avoid it then. The host was friendly and attentive, checked in by message, showed us around, and even arranged private transfers.
