The rooms were spacious and beautifully clean, and the balcony had stunning views across Hora and far out to sea. Evangelia and Marilou gave us the warmest welcome and were such friendly, helpful hosts. Breakfast was amazing every day, always served with a big smile and some fun Greek language lessons. We couldn't recommend it more.

We stayed in a spacious, two-level studio with a porch looking out over the bay, the Chora and the deep blue sea meeting the sky. The residence fits the island's relaxed feel, and the owner is warm and welcoming. They also believe tourism should develop sustainably without changing the island's unique character, which is hard to find these days. The panoramic view of the Chora and the island's castle is the best around. There's a pool, though with the sea right nearby, you'd probably only use it if you have kids. Tzanakia beach is within walking distance and worth a visit. It was excellent value for money, and Astypalaia is well worth visiting even if you don't stay here.

Marilou and Dona were two lovely, friendly ladies who did all they could to make our island stay a good one. The place was very clean, and the view of the Castle was excellent.

The view over Hora and the sea was perfect, and Marilou made us a fantastic breakfast. Our room was nice and roomy, too.
