The owners made us feel so welcome, they were some of the warmest people we met on our trip. The pool was clean and warm, and the greenery was lovely to look at. You can walk to the sea from Electra Pension. It’s a colourful, charming place and a great choice for a Greek holiday, whether you’re travelling as a family or on your own.

A lovely family-run pension, with friendly owners who were always ready to help. The garden is beautiful, the rooms were clean, and the large pool was well looked after. From the balcony of an upper room, you can see the sea. The WiFi wasn’t working, unfortunately.

The hosts were fantastic, and the apartments have a great traditional feel. Definitely worth stopping in Maleme, Crete.

Really good place for a holiday.

We asked for a double bed, but got two singles pushed together with a blanket over the gap, which isn’t the same thing. There were ants in the bathroom, and the curtain was dirty. The parking area was small too, so on some nights I had to leave the car outside.
