Stay away. The room was filthy and in terrible shape, with smashed wardrobes and an old TV, at least 15 years old. We arrived at 2:39 in the morning with our newborn baby and were given an upstairs room with no lift, just stairs. They said they hadn't realized I had a child, though the paperwork said “2+baby.” I don't know how this place gets good reviews, unless people are used to staying in rubbish places. Don't trust those reviews, and don't come here. Nothing was clean. Their excuse was that the previous guy hadn't left the room and had chain-smoked in it, but that's not my problem. They also want girls to do “prerogative” things for a free drink. That's so degrading. And to the women who do that for a drink 🤮 🗑️

It's a pretty good hotel in a good location, near the Old Town and not too far from the Malia strip. The staff are great, the food and drink selection is good, and the alcohol is fairly cheap. The rooms are nice and cleaned regularly. My only issue was the €10 per night charge for air conditioning. Shout out to Joseph.🇦🇱

A lovely stay in a good spot by the Old Town, with the strip easy to get to as well. The staff were lovely, especially Auntie Kath, who was happy to help with anything. Would recommend!

For £210, we got flights and five nights in September through Jet2, booked just 48 hours before leaving. Such a bargain. The hotel is in Malia's old town, about a ten-minute walk from the main strip with its bars, restaurants and clubs. Our room was clean and a decent standard, the staff were friendly, and it’s a great budget option. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The pool and bar area are kept clean, and the drinks and food are cheap. A beer is €3 and a full English is €6, with plenty more choices on the menu. The rooms are basic, but perfectly fine for a budget stay and I think you get a lot for what you pay. Air con costs extra. We decided against it because the price felt a bit steep, and that’s the only downside for us. We’ve only been here a few days, but for the price it’s perfect. People leaving bad reviews may have expected a five-star hotel or not checked what they booked.
