The hotel was very close to the port, an easy walk, and the view from there was spectacular. Booking a room through THEA was easy, too. The shared spaces had lovely decor, and the whole hotel was extremely clean. There are at least three rooms designed for guests with mobility problems or disabilities. The rooms and their facilities, both inside and outside, were thoughtfully set up for them. Each room has a different flower name, with matching decor inside. The staff were helpful and friendly throughout. The area is beautiful, with lots of shops, restaurants, and places to visit. You can book a day cruise or visit the nearby historic area of Karystos. I had an excellent experience and would visit again.

We spent three nights in a duplex during our family trip to Marmari, and it was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped, the balcony a relaxing spot, and the rooms were cleaned every day. Everyone on staff was attentive and ready to help. The location made it easy to reach lovely beaches and sights, as well as shops and restaurants on foot. Marmari is a nice place to visit, and Thea hotel was the right place for us to stay.

The bed deserves five stars, but the room gets three and the staff just one. We had four power cuts on the first night and weak Wi-Fi. The rooms themselves are great, which makes it a shame that the service didn’t match. The staff offered amenities and were full of nice words, but we never received what they promised. Aris and Dimitri both seemed nice, yet neither thanked us for staying when we left. Their words felt empty, without real service. We’ll come back to Marmari, but not to Hotel Thea.

The hosts made us feel very welcome and gave us excellent tips about the area. The accommodation was truly brilliant: the rooms were very clean and fully equipped, including kitchenware, a washing machine, and an iron.
