The staff were friendly and professional from the moment I arrived, and every request was handled promptly and with a positive attitude. My room was clean, orderly, and clearly prepared with guests' comfort in mind. The location was convenient for everything I needed. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of choices. I had a fantastic stay and would love to return. Many thanks to the whole staff for such a high level of service.

The toilet never worked during our stay, even after someone came to supposedly fix it. The bed was much smaller than you'd expect for a "king room," and the mattress was so uncomfortable we could feel every spring. They advertise a washing machine, but it's shared, costs 1€ per 12 minutes, and was occupied all morning. Edit: I just added a screenshot of the messages he sent me after this review.

The location made getting around easy, with the port and airport nearby and a quick trip to the city center. The staff were attentive and friendly, and you could tell they cared about their guests. My room was cleaned thoroughly every day and was very clean. The hotel exceeded my expectations, and I'd definitely return and recommend it.

Great location, with a big local supermarket nearby. We had a kitchen and the coffee was very nice. The host was helpful and the staff were nice. Thanks!

The garden was nice, and the place was clean with easy access. It's conveniently close to both the airport and port. The owner was very nice too.
