The kitchen is very sparsely equipped, which was a big drawback, and the cleaning was only done once a week. The bin for used toilet paper smelled awful. Compared with the Istron blue apartment, where the cleaning was daily and the hosts showed exceptional dedication, that level of care was missing here. The studio itself is small, but the terrace is beautiful and looks out over the port. The village is small and you need a car to get around. There are two markets, plenty of restaurants for different tastes, and a nice long promenade by the sea. The image with the orange dot shows where the studio is.

Best holiday I've ever had. The beach felt safe enough for me to leave my kids there unattended while I enjoyed food at a taverna. Highly recommend.

A very cozy hotel, right in the center of Crete. You can visit all the major towns and sightseeing spots from here.

The only thing I could complain about was the WC flush. The place was nice, clean and quiet, and the owners were hospitable and helpful.
