We felt really comfortable here, and the value for the money is great. There are several shuttle trips to the city each day, which is a big help. The rooms are spacious, including the bathrooms and shower areas, and the balcony view is wow. There's a wide breakfast selection, even if much of it is the same each day. They also have a ramp for disabled people, despite there being quite a lot of stairs.

The location up on the hill gives you a beautiful sea view. Staff were friendly and helpful when they could assist, and breakfast was fine. The rooms were clean and in good condition, though the shower is dated. Air conditioning was good, and the cleaning staff did a great job. There’s a small fridge with drinks in the room, which you can restock yourself. A mini mart is about a six-minute walk away. If dinner is included in your package, it’s terrible, poor quality and nothing like what you’d expect on holiday. Do yourself a favor and skip that option. The town is a 15-minute walk away and has great places to eat that will make your Lesbos holiday much better.

The dining space and buffet were too cramped for all the guests, and breakfast was mediocre. Eggs appeared about every ten minutes and were gone right away. Even with the staff trying, I've never seen a buffet run out of butter, milk, and even water. In the room, the air conditioner faced straight at the bed, which made the first night difficult. We couldn't leave the balcony door open because there were mosquitoes and no screens. The layout was poor, and the AC outdoor unit sat on the balcony even though there was room for it outside the front door. The external door handle was so big that we couldn't hang the "Do Not Disturb" sign there. Half the balconies had railings, while the other half had a one-meter-high wall, so there was a 50% chance of sitting and looking at a wall. The same view obstruction applied from inside, even in a room supposedly with a view. We didn't feel like spending time in the room. The bad impression started at check-in, when the person at reception, possibly the manager, greeted us with a scowl, as if we'd killed his mother. There's also a 15 euro per night “resilience fee” that isn't part of the room rate.

The rooms were very clean, most of the staff were friendly, and the hotel is close to the city center. But insects made the stay miserable. Without window nets, mosquitoes got into the rooms, so we bought and installed nets ourselves. We barely slept for a whole week, spending nights killing mosquitoes. The restaurant had lots of flies and wasps too, making it hard to enjoy a meal. Breakfast was okay, but dinner was tasteless and offered little choice. The only fix the staff suggested was spray, and it didn't work. If you want a relaxing holiday, I really wouldn't recommend staying here. They need to address the insect problem.
