We were happy with breakfast and dinner. There may not be a huge selection, but the food is genuinely tasty and there was something for everyone. The pool was clean and well looked after, and the beach is a five-minute walk. Beside the hotel, a store has everything you need at reasonable prices and deserves five stars. There are three buildings with rooms and a separate reception building. It's brown and beige, but has no sign, so arriving by car on your own makes it hard to spot. Parking is free with plenty of spaces. Our room was spacious, with a large balcony, and towels were changed every other day. Beach towels are available to rent at reception.

Dinner was plentiful and the food was absolutely delicious, so I highly recommend booking half board. The newly renovated rooms are comfortable and nicely designed. It's a quiet location, five to ten minutes' walk from the beach. Our host was so kind and welcoming, and it was a real pleasure meeting her.

We had a newly modernized room, clean and cute, with a very comfortable bed and air conditioning that worked perfectly. It felt just right for couples. The owners and staff were super friendly and helped with everything, including telling us which meals had no pork when we asked. Breakfast and dinner were delicious, with something for everyone; dinner in particular had really good traditional Greek food, perfectly flavored. The pool area was clean, with enough sunbeds. There aren't many parking spaces, but you'll definitely find somewhere to park.

The food was average, and the rooms need to be cleaner. Our bedsheets had old blood stains, the fridge and shower curtain were dirty, and the sink was nearly broken. The manager didn't do anything to make our stay better and seemed more focused on making money. Serena Hotel was very disappointing and not as nice as the pictures suggest. I'd strongly advise anyone hoping for a nice holiday to avoid it.

It's an okay hotel, with spacious rooms but very little furniture. Breakfast was all right and did the job. I got bitten quite a lot and assumed the bites were from mosquitoes, but when I got home I was told they were bedbug bites.
