The Grand Sarai gave us an amazing experience, and we'd be happy to stay again. We felt safe and welcome, and the service was top notch. Our room was clean, had everything we needed, and offered a great view. The breakfast was delicious too. The building is beautiful and full of history, right in the heart of old Nafplio, with many attractions and restaurants within walking distance.

I'm really glad we found this hotel. It has a great location, and the rooms were very comfortable. The water pressure was amazing too.

Grand Sarai is right in the heart of Nafplio's old town, with a stunning view from our room. The building is impressive, beautifully restored in a way that respects its traditional architecture, and the mattresses and pillows made for a great night's sleep. The staff were so kind and helpful. They quickly brought us beach towels, an extra blanket, and even a plastic container so we could take breakfast with us when we were in a hurry. When we left a Kindle behind, they contacted us right away and arranged to have it sent to us in Athens. We highly recommend staying here and will definitely return.

The room was clean and well appointed, and the staff were friendly and courteous. The central AC struggled to keep it cool, and the narrow curtains barely blocked the morning sun from the windows. We weren't happy with breakfast either. The location in the center of picturesque Nafplio is a 4/5 for me, since carrying our luggage from the car was much harder than at other hotels with road access.

The room was amazing, and I'm still giving the hotel five stars. But if you're a sensitive sleeper, don't go to bed very late, because the mornings are noisy. The nearby church starts banging at 8 am. The closed windows and two pairs of earplugs they provided didn't help me personally. I could hear the cleaner and vacuum in the hallways and next door.
