Mr and Mrs White Paros Suites and more

The staff really made this stay. Reception were so warm and helpful, and went above and beyond. We arrived early, and they kept our luggage, plus our daughter's bags even though she was staying somewhere else. They welcomed us with cold drinks too. The breakfast and pool bar teams were fantastic, friendly, and happy to help. Nothing felt like a problem. Breakfast was a buffet, included in our package, so I don't know the price. It was beautifully prepared and presented, had everything you'd expect, and we looked forward to it each morning. Housekeeping was amazing too. The rooms were cleaned promptly and to a high standard, often while we were at breakfast. Mr & Mrs White Paros is lovely, clean, modern, and well maintained, with a beautiful pool area, loungers, and a bar for drinks and snacks. The pool felt a little cool, but we visited in October, so that was to be expected. It's about a 10-minute walk into town, with a slight hill on the way back. That was fine for us, though it might be harder for someone with mobility issues. It's a really well managed property with an amazing team. I hope they know how much their staff are appreciated. Mr & Mrs White was our second hotel in Paros. The grounds were beautiful, with lots of lush flowers, and the staff were extremely kind and helpful. They gave us great recommendations and helped with our car issue. I was disappointed by the room. We had a third single bed we hadn't asked for, and it took up a lot of space that could have been used for a couch or chairs. The shower leaked across the entire bathroom, and I found some incredibly large spiders hiding around the room. I'm usually treated extremely well as a travel agent, but that wasn't my experience here. The walk to town was longer than I'd expected, along a main road. Plenty of people make the walk just fine, but I thought it was closer.

My husband and I were on our honeymoon, and I hate having to write this kind of review. The room was far from clean. Residue streaked the floors, the shower head was so rusty it looked completely brown, and the toilet appeared to have yellow splashes on it. There were holes in the ceiling, the walls, and even the shower wall. The door wouldn't shut all the way, with a large gap at the bottom, so we could hear everything outside and didn't feel secure with direct outdoor access to the room. I could hear other guests talking normally as they entered their rooms. The mattress was in poor shape and the bedding was just a paper-thin blanket. We expected better cleanliness and more realistic quality from a “4 star” property. It's about a 15-minute walk into Naousa with no sidewalk, and the path back to the hotel from the road is super dark at night.

Stephanie and the whole team made the start of our honeymoon feel special from the moment we arrived. We found a personalized note with warm honeymoon wishes and a bottle of wine in our room. When we needed laundry done, they handled it easily and had it back the same day, laid out on the bed. After a long day exploring Paros, there was also a complimentary dessert in the minibar fridge. The hotel is beautiful and has two lovely pools, both of which we enjoyed. Housekeeping came twice a day to make sure we had everything we needed. The service was amazing, and we can't recommend this hotel enough. Thanks again to Stephanie and the team at Mr and Mrs White for a memorable stay!
