George was a huge help, sharing personal picks for beaches, towns, restaurants, and landmarks, along with trusted taxi contacts. He even helped us sort out other accommodation, and the free ride to the port made leaving easy. That kind of genuine hospitality made us feel very well looked after. We had a fantastic stay at this locally owned hotel. The room was spotless and cleaned daily, and breakfast was delicious each morning. Everything was handled thoughtfully from the moment we arrived. We’d absolutely recommend it as a welcoming base for exploring the area.

It’s a short walk into town, but the hotel still feels peaceful and tucked away, which made the location especially nice. The rooms are historic and spotless, and the family who run the place make you feel like a cousin coming home. They’ve clearly thought through every detail, and it all feels appreciated. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. I highly recommend it if you’re visiting Naxos!

They cooked Greek food for us and took us to and from the boat. You can also rent cars here 😃😊. Each morning we had a home-cooked breakfast, and the beds were so comfortable. The units are cozy, clean, and beautiful, with fast internet. This family-run place pays attention to every detail. The family are genuine, friendly, thoughtful, and lovely people. From the moment you arrive, you feel like family, not a guest. Highly recommended, they made our trip 100% enjoyable 🤗♥️😃

I usually don’t write hotel reviews, but I’d be doing a disservice to the lovely family here and to future visitors to Naxos if I didn’t mention Archetypo. They’re honestly among the sweetest, most hospitable people I’ve met in all my years of traveling. I felt more at home here than anywhere else. The place itself is beautiful, with so much care put into all the little details. It was hard to leave each morning to tour the island. I hope to come back to Naxos one day just so I can stay at Archetypo again. It’s that special.
