We rented two five-bedroom villas for 20 people, and there was plenty of room for everyone, both shared and private. The beds were very comfortable, and the pool was spotless. We stayed a week and got a complimentary cleaning and fresh towels halfway through. The hosts were lovely and did all they could to make us comfortable. The villas had air conditioning in every corner, though we mostly left it off because the breeze kept the heat away. They'd supplied what we needed, including detergent for the dishwasher and washing machine, plus shampoo, conditioner and shower gel in each bathroom. It's a quiet location, and although a handful of planes land at the airport each day, we didn't find noise to be an issue. Agia Anna is a three-minute drive away, or the younger kids walked there most nights. It has a great beach, shops, cocktail bars and restaurants, basically everything you need. Naxos town is a ten-minute drive, and the best beaches are between three and 15 minutes away by car. Agios Prokopios was six minutes from the house.

The villa was beautiful and felt like a premium stay. We were in the middle one, Lithos, with my family of five in June 2025. There are three villas in the same building, each with a private pool, and they're soundproof. We couldn't hear the neighbors, or even our poolside radio once the sliding door was closed. A small market is a four-minute walk away, and the supermarket is eight minutes away. The beach takes about 20 minutes to walk to, though I wouldn't recommend that, or 10 minutes by car. Just so you know, most beaches nearby have both clothed and nude sections. Great place and location, we'll be back!

The pool was awesome, and there was enough space for two families to share the villa for a week without feeling crowded. The first level is practically a two-bedroom apartment on its own. Everything, indoors and out, was finished to a really high standard, with top-notch amenities. The photos do it justice, communication was great, and I'd highly recommend it.
