The owner, George, was extremely friendly and nice, and breakfast was very good. But for anything besides a friendly greeting in the morning and a good breakfast, I wouldn’t recommend this place. The location was obscure and hard to find. Our drive from the port was supposed to take 15 minutes but ended up taking 45. It felt like the middle of nowhere, and a bit scary to walk around, even though Greece is generally safe. The room was small, despite my expectation that a place out of town would have more space and comfort. It also didn’t match the booking photo. We asked for another room and got nowhere, then received no follow-up at all. We were basically ignored.

Leaving Seven Suites after five nights was harder than expected; it felt like we’d been staying with friends. George and Corinna were wonderful hosts and gave us genuinely useful ideas for places to visit. We loved the room, the location, the sunset views over Paros, and the fabulous breakfasts.

We were completely happy with our stay and ended up pleasantly surprised. The room felt more like a roomy apartment, and the huge balcony had comfortable seating, a table, and lounge bags, with great sunsets to enjoy there. Breakfast, served by the lovely owners, included homemade pastries that changed each day, plus jams, yogurt, fresh fruit, and nicely made omelettes. Naxos is a large island with plenty of beach resorts, but we wouldn’t have swapped this stay for beachfront lodging. A car is a must if you want to explore more, and the 7-10 minute drive to the beach worked fine for us.

The suite felt peaceful and relaxing, with a lovely view, and it’s less than 10 minutes from Chora by car. We felt welcome at Seven Suites as soon as we arrived. Our host greeted us with delicious cake and a helpful tour of the island, including great recommendations. It made for such a thoughtful start to the stay.
