Portes Summer House

We stayed for a week as a family. The garden was lovely and clean, and the pool was large, but wasps and bees all around it were really annoying. We also had very little privacy. The owner lives in the same yard, with lots of neighbors coming and going, and the family visited while we were there. I think they should consider this an issue for guests. The house is a bit outdated, with old furniture and a strange smell. It’s also on a terrible road that’s rough and very hard to drive along. Apart from that, everything was fine.

Lovely place with really friendly owners. The beach is a three-minute walk away, and the local lidls is a five-minute drive. We’re going again next year!

Five out of five might be a bit much, but this is a great place for families with children and groups of older kids. The garden is huge and lovely, with a terrace, playground and barbecue for souvlaki. The pool is a real plus for days when you don’t want to go anywhere, and the sea is just three minutes away by car. It sleeps eight comfortably and, of course, everything is spotless. You won’t want to leave. We’ll be back, and you should come too!

We had a great time in the pool, which is 1.20m deep and worked for everyone, young and old. The house has everything a family could need on vacation. It’s peaceful and lovely, and we’d happily recommend it. We’ll definitely be back!
