The location was great and the service and rooms were nice. There’s a bakery downstairs for picking up breakfast, and the sea is just across the way. WiFi worked okay in our room, though the TV reception had problems, so I couldn’t watch the Euro'24 football game.

We booked because the listing and room photos showed a kitchen, which we needed to make warm milk and healthy meals for our toddler. But cooking isn’t allowed. The shower leaked, the bathroom was too cramped, and the WiFi was weak. Despite the claim that the rooms are soundproof, we could hear everything from the neighboring rooms. You also have to pay for sunbeds even as a guest. To me, this is just apartments, not a hotel by any definition. This hotel is a scam.

We were checked in within minutes by welcoming, friendly staff, and the location is excellent, right by the beach and walking area. Our room was spacious, with a long terrace around it and two doors out to the terrace. There’s a nice square nearby where you can find a parking spot, and a bakery below with delicious bread and pastries. The downsides were the lift’s annoying talking and cleaning starting around 2-3pm, just when we were trying to rest.

The sea-view room we stayed in was amazing, with lots of space, a large balcony and furniture that looked almost new, with nothing damaged. The cleaning lady was really nice. There’s a bakery nearby where you can get coffee, plus shops and parking. The best food is within 50 m, at BBQ and Azzuro. We recommend Agyra!

We ate here several times while in Neoi Poroi. There was a wide choice of dishes, and a great wine selection for the adults. The kids loved the pizza. It costs a bit more than some nearby restaurants, but I’d still highly recommend it.
