Getting around on foot from the hotel was inconvenient, especially compared with other places we saw later that looked much the same. The service was awful, too. Our jacuzzi changed the color of our bathing suits twice, and both times the front desk and manager blamed us. We’d showered before a night swim and then gone to dinner, so we hadn’t used sunscreen. I don’t see how blaming the customer is good service. We stopped feeling comfortable using the jacuzzi because we didn’t know what it might do to my skin, but they refused to compensate us for the room. The way they handled the whole thing was shameful, unlike any other vacation service I’ve experienced. I don’t know if it’s a cultural thing or what. Then, as we were leaving, the people carrying our bags broke the strap on my expensive luggage and wouldn’t take responsibility. If you stay here, take pictures of your luggage before it leaves your room. This was the worst honeymoon experience.

Samer really made our stay special. He set out breakfast every morning with so much care, and was always smiling, kind, approachable, and hardworking. We still think of you, Samer, and hope you and your family are doing well! The windmill suite was lovely, the breakfasts were fresh with great choices, and we still remember sitting there in the mornings and taking in the view. Sunset from our balcony was gorgeous, too. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm and welcoming. We loved our stay.

Watching the sunset from our room was a highlight, with a breathtaking view that made every moment feel special. We stayed at Charisma Suits for our honeymoon, and the friendly, attentive staff did so much to make it comfortable and memorable. Breakfast had lots of fresh, high-quality choices for different tastes. Between the views and the service, it made for a really special honeymoon. I’d recommend it for a romantic getaway.

The people at Charisma were so kind and helpful, and that’s what makes it the best hotel on the island in my opinion. Their transport and vehicles add a touch of luxury, too. The place itself has a rare combination of tranquility, comfort, good food, and luxury. The view is incredible and distinctive, and our room was wonderfully clean.
