We left after just one night because the villa was hot, dirty, and smelled moldy. There was only one small AC in the living room, while the bedrooms were unbearable. The old sheets and towels were dirty, and lizards kept getting in through a gap under the front door. We coordinated with the owner and Booking.com, but received no refund. The photos make the property look nothing like the place we experienced, or the reviews. Extremely disappointing. Not recommended.

We were six friends and stayed at villa Agis for three nights. Giannis and Katerina were attentive and made sure things were right for us. The villa was beautiful, had stunning views, and everything we needed to be comfortable. The cleaner was friendly and kept the place spotless. We couldn’t have been happier, and would stay again.

The villa was beautiful, with a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, and a gorgeous terrace with a heated pool. Katerina was a great host and let us know she was available if we needed anything. The views are amazing and the location is perfect. It’s paradise, I’d highly recommend staying here.

The big, clean rooms and nice pool made for a relaxing stay, and there’s a good bar that serves breakfast too. It’s about a 10-minute walk from Fira center. The main issue was the hot water: it’s heated by small solar boilers, and after 8 pm until 10 am, the shower was cold. If management can sort that out, this could be a five-star resort.

The breakfast was poor quality and had very few choices. I also told staff about the problems, but nothing changed. There was mold on the walls, in the bathroom, and even in the air conditioning unit, and the air felt terrible. The room had an awful musty smell, and I found bugs crawling in different areas. Staying at “Villa” Agis was an absolute nightmare, with serious concerns about cleanliness and health.
