Johnny was fantastic and helped with anything we asked. The rooms were great, and we loved the unexpected treat of watching the sunset from our terrace. The hotel is well placed for everything we wanted and needed. I'd recommend it to friends and family.

There's no reception desk, so you have to text someone to come help you check in. Good luck if you're arriving after hours. The location is nice, but I'd rather pay for a taxi and stay somewhere better. The bathrooms are extremely cramped, with low ceilings and black mold. No wonder there aren't photos of them online. I'm only 5 feet 2 inches and could touch the bathroom ceiling. The loft is also a problem if you're over 5 feet, since you'll keep hitting your head. Bathrooms don't have locks either, so you have to announce yourself or put up a note when it's occupied. Service was below average, and it didn't feel welcoming or kid friendly. I'd never stay here again or recommend it.

Pretty disappointing, and not worth the price with better options around. The only real pluses were being a block from shops and food, a comfortable but firm bed, and working air conditioning. The hot tub wouldn't get above 34.5c. The host said that's its normal operating temperature. Things were poorly maintained. The towel racks kept falling off, the bathroom door took real effort to slide, and there were dead plants and broken pots on the patio. Old furniture and junk were piled beside the house. A broken-down scooter was sitting right outside the front door and looked like it had been there for ages. If you book, keep your expectations low.

We booked at the last minute and were impressed by how much we got for the price. It's just steps from those iconic views, and Johnny was helpful and accommodating when we needed to store our luggage. Would recommend!
