The stay was poor value for what we paid. Breakfast wasn't good, and the hand shower and toilet flush button were both damaged and didn't work properly. Staff carried out repairs while we were still in the room, which disrupted our stay. The property needs better upkeep and service.

The view was the one real bright spot. We paid a lot, but the beds were uncomfortable, the hot tub never got hot, and breakfast was always cold. There was mold across the bedroom and bathroom walls and ceilings, and cameras around the property meant there was no privacy. The power kept cutting out. We were told that was common in Santorini, though neighboring places had backup generators. Sleeping while sweating wasn't ideal. For that price, we should've stayed somewhere else.

The views were phenomenal, and we still had fun because Santorini is magical. But I was disappointed with the place. The appliances felt dated, the sun beds were stained, and food was stored alongside cleaning supplies. Breakfast was absolutely disgusting, which is why I rated it 2 instead of 3. I'll come back to Santorini, but not stay here.

We paid a lot for a large villa, so make sure you get the one you booked. They put us in a different, much smaller villa, and it smelled strongly of cat urine. They were also hard to reach.
