Editing after the response to my post. My comments are like those of other people who have complained about the hotel, and I stand by them. The black beach is only a three-minute walk away, which is why I gave it two stars. For the price, though, it felt like a complete rip-off, and the photos were very different from reality. The rooms are tiny for a family with kids, with barely enough space to move, store everyone’s small hand luggage, or keep clothes. The bathrooms are too small to manage children. Breakfast is very basic and wasn’t replenished, even while staff were having breakfast. The website shows two pools, but one was out of service and full of brown water. The pool that was open was small and not suitable for kids. The hotel is dusty and by the main road. That’s why my overall rating is two stars, especially considering what we paid.

It’s about a five-minute walk to a black sand beach lined with plenty of bars and restaurants. The rooms are comfortable, the pool is okay, and breakfast is pretty good.

The beachside location was great, and breakfast was good. The receptionist talked us into an expensive day tour package, though. On the way back, they arranged a ferry drop-off through ‘Harrington’ agency, which then suddenly asked for another 10 euros. I’d recommend booking packages ahead through Klook or Headout to avoid that kind of hassle.

Everything was very clean, and the staff were kind and helpful, so we felt comfortable throughout our wonderful stay in this beautiful Santorini accommodation. Breakfast had a wide range of tasty options. Highly recommended!

Everyone was really friendly, especially at reception, and the place had a great atmosphere. We had a lovely experience and were really happy there. Breakfast was a good start to the day, and the beach and local restaurants are within walking distance. I’d definitely recommend checking it out, and we’d happily go back.
